Opposition RSP lawmakers protested the government’s handling of the visit visa scam in by wearing blue ribbons. The party says it was human trafficking, and want Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak to resign. Discussions on the budget are stalled. Also, RSP’s Rabindra Mishra was released by the Kathmandu District Court after posting a Rs300,000 bail. The former journalist was arrested on 28 March for taking part in a violent pro-monarchy protest.
